Delivery Charges and Returns

Bicycle Orders will attract a delivery charge of £30 to the UK Mainland, Highlands and Channel Islands.  We do not presently deliver to overseas destinations.

All bikes are built up and given a pre-delivery inspection by a cytech qualified mechanic. They are then partially disassembled for shipping in the original bike box. We recycle these boxes from bikes that we get sent to do our best to help the environment.  Occasionally a box with different branding might be used. Bikes will be delivered by courier to the registered address of the credit/debit card used to place the order.

Non-bicycle Orders will attract a nominal £5 delivery charge.  Again, we do not ship overseas.

Standard non-bike orders will normally be delivered via Royal Mail First Class parcel service and are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Smaller items will be posted through your letterbox, but for larger items a card will be left should you not be there to accept the parcel. We are happy to deliver to work addresses excluding PO Box numbers. In some instances, and at our discretion, we will upgrade to a traceable courier service at no extra cost to you.

Collection in store is necessary on Trek, Fondriest and Look bicycles, as those suppliers wish to ensure that a comprehensive service is offered with their product.  It is against our dealer agreement to ship these items.  For these, and any other items you wish to collect in-store, the cardholder must bring the payment card used at checkout with them at the time of collection together with the printed order confirmation.

We do not presently deliver to destinations overseas.

If the item received is not quite as expected, the easiest and quickest way to receive an exchange is to visit the website, check availability and place a new order. Then complete the returns form and return the unwanted item for refunding. If no exchange is required then just return for refunding.

Unwanted items must be received back at Beyond Mountain Bikes within 21 days: in new condition, with the original packaging, labelling and Beyond Mountain Bikes receipt. A refund will be arranged to the original card used to purchase the goods.

The 21 days start from the day of despatch, but as a minimum includes a period of 7 working days from the day after delivery to you as the permitted cancellation period. We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, trackable delivery for your protection. Please note: all return postage charges to be met by customer, unless returning due to a fault. Please note all warranty returns must be clean and free from dirt and mud to comply with the current Health and Safety Regulations. Note: DVDs, videos, books and safety equipment are non-exchangeable and non-returnable unless incorrect or defective. All of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We regret that items specially ordered in on behalf of customers cannot be returned unless faulty.
