The BB86/92 TorqTite Bottom Bracket by Enduro Bearings is made from high-quality 440C stainless steel and is suitable for BB86/92 framesets and Shimano 24mm cranksets. This innovative bottom bracket features Angular Contact Stainless Steel bearings that are pressed into precision machined aluminum cups. These cups securely thread together in the BB shell, ensuring a simple and creak-free installation.Enduro Bearings takes pride in manufacturing their bottom brackets to the highest standards at their production facility in California, USA. The TorqTite bottom bracket uses 440C stainless steel balls and races, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance. While stainless steel has slightly less load capacity and is softer than the standard 52100 chromium steel used in most bearings, it is an ideal choice for wet conditions, frequent bike washing, or areas where sweat can be a problem.To further protect against the elements, Enduro Bearings equips their TorqTite bottom brackets with LLB type seals and CRC Marine Grease.
